          Tube Grinding Mill

          Description of Tube Grinding Mill:
          Our tube grinding mill is typically designed for grinding different kinds of ores and many other grindable materials, and it can be widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electricity industry, and many other industrial or mining fields.
          It can be used for open circuit grinding, and when used in conjunction with powder classifier, it can also be used in circulatory closed-circuit grinding.
          Our tube grinding mill can be used in dry production line as well as wet production line, and the grinding process can be accompanied by dry process. And it has advantages of strong material adaptability, strong continuous production capacity, big crushing rate, and it is easy to adjust the grinding fineness.

          Compact and efficient!

           

          CITIC Tube Mills are space-saving, compact, high on performance and low on maintenance. This is primarily due to the support bearing design and the mill drive used. The mill is shell-supported, mounted on slide shoe bearings at both ends and made completely as a welded design. The mill with the compact drive version features an INTEGRAL DRIVE, whose planetary gear is mounted to the mill flange. CITIC Tube mills are the result of the most advanced calculation and simulation methods, backed by years of experience. Worldwide we have designed and built more than 1,000 tube mills.

           

          Our driving force

          The standard CITIC mill is shell-supported on slide shoes and has a central drive. Torque transmission is effected via the conical discharge end. This cone is welded to the mill shell and has openings for the discharge of material and exhaust gases. The drive flange is connected to the end of the cone. In this way, the drive force is distributed directly and evenly to the mill shell.

          All standard types of mill drives can be connected, such as:

          • Central Drive
          • INTEGRAL DRIVE
          • Girth Gear and Pinion Drive
           

          High on performance, low on space requirements: INTEGRAL DRIVE

          Our mills for minimum space requirements are mounted on slide shoe bearings and have an INTEGRAL DRIVE. The core of this drive is a two stage planetary gear reducer, which is directly mounted on the end cone. Only one short slide seal at the motor end and a closed oil lubrication system extend the time between oil changes and reduce the risk of entering of dust particles. Installation is fast and easy. No time consuming adjustments. Our INTEGRAL DRIVE is the most economic drive due to its high availability and a mechanical efficiency level of almost 99%.

          • Feature
            The cylindrical mill adopts the driving type edge-driving, center-driving, edge-driving with multi-point meshing, etc; driven by asynchronous motor +reducer +pinion and gear as well as synchronous motor + air l\clutch + pinion and gear.
            Generally supported by static-dynamic pressure bearing on both ends. Fuuly closed self-aligning 120º osculation rocker bearing is used. Also single or double slipper staic- dynamic bearings can be used. The bush is made by NC machine.
            The large open gear is designed using AGMA standard, Equipped with reliably sealed gear housing and grease ahtomatic spraying lubrication system.
             The shell is key part of a mill. Carry out finite element analysis on it with computer to ensure the reliable operation;
            The shell is automatically welded, ultrasonic inspected, wholly annealed and machined by large special machine tools on one chucking; there special seal on static-dynamic connection parts , ch as feed and discharge hoper, trunnion, etc, to prevent oil and slurry leakage;
            The liner is of wear-resistance material mad by our company, wich has been specially heat-treated, with high hardness and long service life. Also other wear-resistance casting or rubber liner can be used;
            There are slow speed drive for medium and large mill;
            The high and low pressure lubricating station is equipped for medium and large mill;
            The control and protection system is controlled by PLC.

          The choice is yours

          Girth gear and pinion drives are sufficient for up to 4,500kW. Our INTEGRAL DRIVE is suitable for up to 6,500kW. For mills with a drive power of between 5,000 and 10,000kW, we recommend a classic central drive with fixed planetary gears.
